Have you ever stopped to think about what can happen in one year's time? I urge you to take a step back from your busy life and just jot down somethings that have changed in one year. Then think about what you would like to "look back on" one year from now. That is my new challenge to myself. 12 months. No excuses!
Past - One Year Ago
- I was married, to a man I thought was God's pick for me.
- I had a stable good job. He had a stable good job.
- We had a house and nice income.
- I was eagerly anticipating my growing niece my sweet sister was carrying.
- I thought I was happy.
Present - One Year Later
- I am now single.
- God is now my #1.
- I am moving from a job that I thought was stable (NOT SO TRUE), to the one God has laid out for me.
- I am living in a small apartment and trusting God to supply me with the things I need.
- My Sweet Niece, Brinley, is getting bigger and bigger everyday. She is the lil' love of my life.
- I am happy! I am happy now that I have found the source that makes me happy! MY #1!!!!
- I have found a new friendship with my heavenly father that I NEVER thought was possible.
- I heard his voice for the first time!!!!! "My child, my love for you is never ending." WOW!
Future - One Year From Now
- I want to be were God wants me to be.
- I want to be more in love with my #1 than I ever thought possible.
- I pray that I will be walking in his step and diligently following his every word.
